Tink's Boutique will accept returns within 14 days from the date your order arrives to you. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached. Odors, makeup stains, or generally worn look with disqualify an item for return. Tink's Boutique does not offer refunds, returns are issued in the form of Store Credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and you return the item/items, original shipping costs (USPS charges to ship order) will be deducted from store credit. Example: if you only return 1 item out of 4, we will deduct 1/4 of the shipping costs Tink's Boutique paid from your store credit. Buyer pays for the return shipping. Invoice/receipt MUST be included so we can process the credit correctly. Please include a note explaining why you are returning the item to help us with feedback on our items. Allow 5-10 business days after Tink's Boutique receives the item/items for return to be processed. We will send you an email (to the email used to purchase) with your store credit code. You must retain and use the code with your next purchase. Accessories (including all jewelry, swimsuits, handbags, etc.) are non-returnable. All sale/clearance purchases are FINAL.
